    It was the 2012 Grand Touring. It would have looked eleventy-billion times better with just the silver trim.

    Of course, right after I started looking in a serious fashion, they dropped the "outsourcing" word at work, so I'm holding off on any kind of purchase.

    Which sucks, because there was a 2012 in the color with the options I wanted sitting on the lot.

    As it turned out, the choice came down to a Charger R/T or a Mazda 6.

    Things being what they are, it looks like there is a 2011 Mazda 6 grand touring that is going to be deeply discounted enough to make the choice pretty simple.

    As a side note, when did Nissan go over to CVTs on the Maxima? That dropped the car right out of contention.
