I didn't hear anyone suggest Mazdax605 call his lawyer. I heard several people suggest he the the buyer to call his lawyer. I think the point is there will most certainly be no legal follow through.
), discounted the price, threw $150 of your own money into helping him get the thing home, he inspected it prior to purchase, decided to purchase it, now it's his problem. FWIW, I ain't no lawyer (means I am safe from the big box store poof- I think) but if you refund any $ that could LOOK like an admission of guilt.
