I've seen a lot of the JC Whitney car DVD players retrofitted to the back seats of a lot of minivans/SUVs around here, but haven't seen one mounted up front yet.
Dumb idea in the first place; dumber of the courts to allow the practice to continue.

I do not know about you guys.. but I finally got a phone I can text on (palm pre) and I can't walk and text at the same time without wandering all over the hallways at work. How do people do it?

Good point. The natural reaction is to avoid the sudden moves of the errant car in front of you. How many people put one into the car in their blind spot or even into the post/wall?
and to think I know people who should not have a radio in their car when they drive

On my razr I could text one handed with out paying attention to the phone. Now on my full keyboard phone it demands full attention.
