    Some people have no shame.

A NYC college student pays for sex and gets it, but now he wants his money back:

By NewsCore - What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas ... unless you sue your hooker when you get back home to New York City.

A New York college student has filed a lawsuit against the company of the dancer he hired during his Vegas vacation for committing an "illegal sexual act" on him, the Las Vegas Sun reported late Thursday.

Hubert Blackman filed the suit in federal court in New York earlier this month against a Las Vegas company called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals, the Sun reported. He is asking for a $275 refund for services and another $1.8 million.

"An escort did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me'' and "I almost had gotten arrested," Blackman alleged in the suit.

Blackman said he was vacationing on the strip when he called the firm to arrange for a little strip of his own. Blackman said the woman danced for him for $155 and performed a sex act for another $120.

Blackman claimed the dancer solicited the sex act.

The next morning, Blackman called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals to demand his money back, according to the report, saying he was unhappy because the dancer had promised to stay for one hour and left after a half hour. Blackman added that, because he was drunk at the time, he was incapable of making an informed agreement.

When complaints to Las Vegas police failed, Blackman returned home and lawyered up.

Blackman said he now needs medical treatment for a mental condition related to the incident.

"I would like the court to close the business," Blackman said in the suit. "I also would like to get my $275 payment back and a $1.8 million verdict for the tragic event that happened."

Certain forms of heavily-regulated prostitution are legal in most of Nevada, but were outlawed in Las Vegas in 2009

I thought the traditional way to express dissatisfaction with an escort was to throw her out of a moving car. I swear I didn't know they had a refund policy.

more ludicrous law suits to tie up our already burdened system. That jackass should be infected with chlamydia by court order, and be forced to live with it for a year as a penalty for being a douche

I be ok with his "almost" getting his money back

saying he was unhappy because the dancer had promised to stay for one hour and left after a half hour. sounds like he's most upset about his lack of ability to keep her there for the full hr

Blackman added that, because he was drunk at the time, he was incapable of making an informed agreement.

if he was that drunk how the hell can he remember what happened ? hard to sign a truthful deposition if you can't remember....

This won't ever see a courtroom. It will be thrown out in thirty seconds. Mr Blackman will most likely be charged with filing a frivolous lawsuit and pay a fine.

It was all well and good, until he got home and his mommy said that she was "very disappointed in him"

    Hubert, Hubert, Hubert. Tsk. Tsk.

If you can't get laid... in college... in NYC then I guess I understand not getting the gist of that part of Vegas subculture.

His pimp hand is very weak.

Since he has confessed to committing a crime, he should be charged. Just for E36 M3s and giggles.

I still don't get how she performed an "illegal sexual act". Last I heard most sex acts are perfectly legal, just the act of charging or paying for them is illegal. (unless of course you are making a movie)
