Because their community forums are worthless...80 new posts in 4 hours.
I changed the style of my new forum and it seems a bit slower than the original default.
Also, I'd like to add a picture instead of the site name and site description.

I'm no phpbb expert buti can look at the code and guess what its doing. I can't get onto your site (says the server timed out) but i'm assuming you are referring to the top left corner. To change that, open index.php using your favorite editing program and using the search function find the code where your site name and description is. Delete that and scroll down to find some code that references an image. It'll be calling for something .jpg so it'll be easy to find. Copy it and paste it to where you previously had the site description. Change the name of the jpg to whatever your pic is called and uplaod your pic (i beleive it'll need to go in the /images folder). I'd do the code for you but i'm posting from my blackberry.
