I will get the specifics on which CiViC it was tonight, I don't speak Honda fluently... all I know is VTAAAAK yo! and NAAAHHHHHHSSSSS. Oh and Spoon, but I still can't figure out the Honda - Tick correlation.

What cars are you trying to use? I can give you setup tips and car recommendations for this track if you'd like.
I tend to set up most of my cars the same way, and then run the ghost, and just shoot to beat each succeeding ghost afterwards.
I will admit that i spent a LOT more time this week than i normally do. This track is deceptively tricky.

I tried building a last gen Prelude for a fwd. Fail. BMW M coupe for RWD, still too slow, Can't get my Skyline or Subie's to turn...Most of the stuff in my garage is either a bonus or race car I can't use here. I'll keep trying.

Yeah, the Prelude kindof sucks.... Try a Levin BZR, they're cheap and tossable, and light. What are your suspension settings on your Skyline?
For the BMW.... you just need something with more power. The Z06 surprised me, might want to give it a shot. It doesn't feel heavy or ponderous, which is my beef with a lot of the cars in the game.

Run it today or tomorrow when you get a chance. My times are way less than spectacular, so you should be fine. I can't stand that track.

Yeah, this track blows hard. You can either:
A) Acheive 234mph on the back straight AND time your braking perfectly so you DON'T nail the 180 degree hairpin at a million miles an hour (BOOYAAA!!!!!)
OR:
B) Finally time that section of five 90 degree turns just right so you don't hit the last wall head on even though you're exiting at (GASP!!) over 30mph!!!!
But you can't have both in one lap. berkeley no you can't. Why do you even bother trying?
I've also noticed that ANY Toyota in this game brakes OBNOXIOUSLY hard compared to anything else in this game. I went from trying the Z06 to the Supra RZ, and ended up stopping dead about 300 feet before the hairpin the first try around. Annoying.

Eh... i'm in the 1:22s. That'll be good enough. I've already started on El Capitan yesterday. Now THAT is a challenging as hell track. I'm really enjoying myself. It's deceptive. A lap that feels ridiculously fast turns out to be slow.
