I just landed a job at Ft. Stewart GA because of a made in China sticker.
The general contractor supplied 4 door operators for the project. When they were taken out of the box to be installed, they had Made in China stickers on them. The Construction manager for the base refused them on those grounds.
Everything we sell is made Muskego WI, so they called us to supply and install the operators.

I went through Harbor Freight the other day and out of morbid curiosity looked at the (completely full) US flag display. Yep... made in China. Call it whatever you want but I (and obviously many others) refuse to buy an American flag that was made in China.

even though I was engaged to a girl from Mainland China whose parents ran one of those factories.. I do my best to avoid stuff made in china.
