It's not whether I would give a check to a hooker, but whether she will accept it. How many forms of ID would she require? Out of state? Third party...wait, that costs extra anyway.

At least theres a precedent for La to fall back on...

I think it's because the only people who can vote in LA are other people who live in LA... Present company excluded, of course.

The grumbling clerk at Sam's Club learned that lesson when she refused to take almost $400 in ones from me while I was buying snack bar provisions.

    $400 in ones!

How do people who are so clearly uneducated get elected to make laws that govern the public? Seriously, I can't understand it (this coming from a former Detroiter that saw Kwame Kilpatric get re-elected).

Because the majority of the voting public is even MORE uneducated to the point these jackwagons get elected.

Unless you're buying "previously enjoyed" sausage, you should be fine.

^ This. This is unrelated, but I think that is the reason why Anthony Weiner got elected. Becasue his name is weiner. Insert childish giggles here

States and the feds have long dicated that cash cannot be used in certain situations.

I do not disagree with your assesement of the law though.

just out of curiosity here... what transactions do the States dictate that cash can't be used ?... I know that many times they say NO to mailed cash but if you walk in with Benjamin's in hand ... ?
