This guy was asshat day one , shifty eyes midnight camping trip in frigid temps with young kids what where the cops thinking/smoking . This guy was a timebomb no offense . Seen this coming he should have been beaten until he talked ,guarantee he would have gave it up first tooth gets knocked out
This all came about because the kids started to remember events of the day mom dissapeared. They started to report "We went camping, mommy rode in the trunk. We got there, mommy and daddy got out of the car and went away. Mommy dissapeared."

Normally the smoke gets you before the fire. But since the house exploded from natural gas (likely intentional), maybe he did burn. One can only hope.

He hacked the kids necks with a hatchet, but they died of smoke inhalation. That shows that this bastard basically tortured them before they died. I had hopes that he had some HUGE freaking bomb in a box of something, then brought them over to the box and detonated it. That way they'd have no idea what was about to happen. But this DB.......man I can't even type I'm so freaking mad.
There was a quote from a good friend of his that said he didn't think the murder-suicide was revenge. He said Josh was too self-centered to think of anyone but himself, doesn't make much sense to me but the point is even his friend thinks he's an asshat. He sent a voicemail to family that basically said if he can't have the kids, nobody will.
Now they are looking at the paternal grandfather, the one with the kiddy-porn. The friend mentioned earlier said Josh went downhill quite fast after moving in with g-pa.
I usually don't follow news stories that don't effect me personally, but, having lost a son, this hits hard.
