    Not a canoe.

    But also not an Aston.

    It's the new Ford Fusion.

    This is the Aston:

    That is actually pretty striking.

    Looks like a lancer...

edit: nevermind... I was barely awake when I posted this. Now that I'm half asleep it does look like a Volvo

I saw that on the Today show this morning. My first thought was that they stole the grill from Aston!

Grill from Aston, rear end similar to Jag XF.

It is sharp looking at first glance. I'm not a fan of those lines on the hood. Reminds me of some recent Chryslers, I think Crossfire (maybe Dodge Stratus). They had a bunch of those lines on the hood. Reminded me of a Rubbermaid dish mat.

I don't mind it so much on the Fusion pictured above, but I totally agree on the Sebring. These look terrible:

I love our full load (minus leather) 2010 Fusion AWD SEL with the sport package at work.

Only thing I wish is for better plastics in the interior, hard plastics suck :(

    I think it looks sharp.

I have a 2010 Fusion as a company car right now. I have been very pleased with about 50,000 on it. Aside from oil it the belt tensioner was replaced when it started getting loud.

They company cars are usually replaced ever 2 years or so. I hope that it happens to be a 2013 model rather than the current 2012. I like the current one but would rather have the redesign to see what its like rather than the get the same car again. However if I were flipping the note I would stick with the current one.

Ford hits another one? How by stealing design cues of high end luxury cars and slapping it on. Reminds me of that add form around 1978 or so Showing how they ripped the design of a Cadillac for there new Granada. Cadillac styling at a Ford price kinda thing. I'll pass.

based solely on the first pic, the tail end looks very Volvo-esque
