Our next door neighbors are a very pleasant Puerto Rican family. The son, ~30yo, is handicapped due to a near fatal motorcycle accident several years ago. Has real problems getting around, so has been using an electric scooter. Last night, some of our neighborhood bastards stole the scooter from it's storage spot in the car port. No, it was not secured, yes, that was stupid, but damn, stealing from a handicapped guy? I will be building a ramp so the replacement can be stored indoors. Just feel bad for them. Arrgghh.
