No. So he uses the wrong terminology. Doesn't mean he doesn't know anything. Biased? Yes, extremely. But he does know a lot about cars.

Did you see the real show or the edited for american TV version? The only way to properly see top gear is via download.

it was on the local cable in Louisville, KY and was on the BBC channel.

Go onto Hessmo (or final gear, or any of the other sites its on) and watch it there. All top gears are 60 minutes (except some of the specials), and in England, they don't have commercials. BBC America cuts down the show; it really is worth it going online and watching it.

I've seen every single episode now thanks to hessmo.com

    My favorites (in order):

    1. "The Perfect Road" with the Lambo, GT3, and DB7

    2. "Factual America" with the ZR1, STS, and Chally

    3. "Ferrari Daytona" where Hampster drives it on the Riviera

    4. "10,000L Supercar Challeng" with the old "Supercars"

    5. "Fiesta Test" with the most comprehensive road test ever

    6. "Space Shuttle" because Top Gear has gotten closer to space then North Korea

    7. "Euro Road Trip" in JC's GT with a 430 and a Zonda

    8. "America Road Trip" with the old "v8 RS Camaro", Caddy, and the Ram

    9. "Britcar 24 Hour" was just epic on a whole different level

    10. "1000L Porsche Challenge" with the 924, 944, and 928

i know that if you go here you can down load all the seasons. make sure you have some time and a few gigs of hard drive space. worth every second of waiting. once you have them all start at the beginning and you will be able to know all the inside jokes.

I get the last four episodes aired on OnDemand. It's awesome. Killing A Toyota is easily the funniest thing they've ever done. Although Car Football (Soccer) and the Africa Expedition are awesome as well.

Matter of fact, it may be time to crack open a beer and watch one

my absolute favorite show in the world.

all of the challenges, all of the shows where they have to build something all of the shows where they are given a limited amount of money

the british leyland was my favorite.

i think it really is the funniest show on television.

"Fiesta Test" with the most comprehensive road test ever ("Series 12, Episode 06")

That is also the episode with the best track test ever - the Caterham R500. It brings tears to my eyes watching that lap.
