    Oddly, I don't really like ribs.

    I mean, don't get me wrong, they're OK I guess. But if I had the choice between some ribs and some real pulled barbecue, well...I'll take the bbq. Ribs are too much work for too little reward. Plus, most ribs you get are so covered in sauce that you can't even taste the meat.

    Oh, and in any bbq contest, pork is the mo' betta.
