The trouble is, I'm not. But I'm turning into a grumpy old cynic when I see things like this or the way AIG screwed the government...
You'd think that with all the billions spent on things like this, they'd be able to afford a decent contract lawyer.

If the government never planned on getting paid back (which i find to be highly likely) then its a good way to subsidize the national auto industry without foreign companies crying like little girls over a few bucks and demanding U.S. auto companies get punished abroad.
