Taken from Car Domain. Not sure what's going on with this, but interesting that a) it's a cop car, and b) it's a BMW!

That would definitely make people passing by do a double-take.
that's.. interesting. If it were in an unmarked, I would think it is good for running radar or just doing a stake out.. but on a car with a lightbar?
In Europe, this is what an undercover police person looks like?
Im not sure thats actually a police car. It looks like whatever that lightbar thingy is, is actually mounted inside an open sunroof
Looks to me like a movie prop where you want to have a car that appears to drive its self.
Do you get a free spotter with the seat cover?
I would love to see them use that on the "Bait Car" show.

That's in interesting observation. I wonder if it is an unmarked car, but, once underway, the driver could deploy the lights via the sunroof! That would be ingenious. Just not sure if there is enough headroom for that to actually work.
I didn't catch the sunroof.. but my bet is on it being a movie car of some sort
Put the phrase "raped by BMW" into a different light.

Is the character putting on a second pair of sun glasses in frame three in your comic there?
That's Horatio Caine (David Caruso) from CSI: Miami.
The man who delivers every line as though he's having phone sex.

I think you're right. The stuff on the sun roof looks like a rocket-launcher.
That is the 7-Series from the James Bond movie that Pierce Brosnan drove from the back seat.

Yep... forgot about the back-seat driving scene.
You sure on that? I saw some of the stills from how they made that.. the car was actually driven from the back seat using monitors and remote steering and pedals..
That cover.. looks a bit.. Amaturish
I see what you did there . . .
my guess would be is combat for people that are used to municipalities that park cop cars in various places to make people think they're running radar and slow down. this way, they see nobody's in the car, speed up and get busted.
