    I work on a very large college Campus. there are many shoe trees and shoes tangled in the power lines are a daily occurrence.

    We just had a bunch of signs and utilty boxes tagged with graffiti. Then they tagged a brick wall on a model home.

    Then a newer pair of high tops was hanging on the street sign at the end of the block and I told my wife it was a gang marking and she is now upset.

    I always thought the shoe hanging thing was funny as some kid does some simple damage forcing an electrical crew spend a half hour removing the shoes.

    Almost as funny as those people that were filling the locks of Starbucks at night with super glue.
