Just get the Foo Fighters to pull up in front of the house and play earsplitting music till they leave.

All kidding aside, that stinks man. I can understand needing help now and again, but not lifting a finger around the house at all? Total bullE36 M3.

Also, wash/put away dishes and vacuum the front room at 7 am. If she complains, well, it may be hard to hear her over your favorite music that you are playing.

It is so ghetto to have pets that are un-spayed/neutered. Makes zero sense to me.

Can you afford to live on your own? Something tells me that you probably can't, especially if you had to pay alimony. Life sucks, but you're in it too deep now. You can wade through it, or lay down and suck the fecal matter into your lungs until you become one giant buffalo diarrhea turd sandwich. Put on your big boy waders and remember that you signed up for this :)

I have several nice big orders in the pipeline. If that comes through I will move in with MY son for a while. He has made the invitation. My kids are well aware of the situation, and think I'm a Bob Costas for putting up with it.

Thanks to my friends here, the ultimatum has been VERY clearly issued. All out by 12/1/11 or I am out. We will see what happens, but I am done.

Fingers crossed. Good luck man. I'm not the praying kind, but you have my hopes and best wishes for you. Stay strong.

Glad to see you aren't taking it anymore. I wish my parents would do the same for my younger sister. But she has three boys who skew the decision making.

    Good luck!

I also hate to see it come to this point as you've never had anything but praise for your wife. I hope it all works out for YOU!

Sorry it had to come to the ultimatum but that's what it takes sometimes. Good luck, man!

About being sacked out till 11AM: I discovered that those 'freon can' air horns make excellent manually operated alarm clocks.

Hang in there dude. We all talk big, but when the time comes, it's hard to make that big step. Good luck, and it sounds like you've made every attempt at compromise or discussion at least. Might be time for a little break. Reality check for all.
Add me to the list of those that can't berkeleying believe a 41 year old lives at home without seeming to have any sense of humility. I'd have that house cleaned up like a motherberkeleyer, grass mowed, cars washed, etc. But then I'm way to proud to move back in. It'd have to be some serious E36 M3.

-pat pat- sorry it had to come to that, but if they refuse to bear out any understanding in your direction, thats what you're left with...

I see its been taken care of (to an extent), but I would have said every amnal gets the snip snip or someone leaves. Apparently that was somewhat the way you went.

    Good Luck.

No joke, if one of MY PARENTS had to move back in with us (and we would gladly have them if it came to that) I know I wouldn't have to worry about taking care of the yard, house, laundry, dinner, etc.

    Really disappointing.

    (I'm 29 wife is 26)

I guess I just have a very low tolerance for BS and drama. Bit of a recluse too.
