Saw a pic of a purple VW Beetle scoop and it reminded me of the legendary distastefully modded purple Beetle there were pics of floating around the Internet for years, and then it was found and was being "restored" by some members of a VW board a few years ago. There were T-shirts and everything, and there was a specific name for this car but I can't remember it, and I can't find anything with an image search for any variants of "hilarious ridiculous VW beetle." I think there was even a joke Rides entry for it on here, or perhaps the old site. Can anyone remember what I'm talking about?
