No, you have to watch it while kneeling by the wall and holding a red crystal. Then the TV show appears on your Netflix menu.

I used to think that a swamp on the way to my grandparents' old house on Cape Cod was the Jam Wasteland from Castlevania II, where you would kneel with that crystal to get the tornado to show up.
