not filling it out is a HUGE waste of government money. They pay the workers by the hour. Whether they come to your door, call you on the phone, or talk to your neighbors. Pay isn't half bad either $12hr IIRC. The census workers also get annoyed when they have to hunt down people who didn't fill out the form.

But by not filling them out, we're "Saving or creating jobs" and we can keep unemployment steady at a mere 9+%!!!
