I never thought much about Steven Seagal until I signed my kids up for Aikido classes, but he's a 7th dan in Aikido AND a reserve deputy chief of the Sheriff's office in Jefferson Parish, LA.

And I think he could take Chuck Norris.

Seagal could take Norris, but only if Chuck wanted it that way.

Seagal is truly legit, wierd macho personality aside which is odd for such a committed martial artist who studied in Japan, but it is what it is. Norris is legit, too, though. And humble.

Seriously, the dude(seagal) used to have an open door policy for challengers when he had a studio, dunno if he still teaches, but mad kudo's for that kind of confidence.
