that is one weird looking dog if it is a dog. I think it could be what the "chupicabra" ledgends are based on. but i get caught up in stuff way too easily.

Oh for berkeley's sake: It's a berkeleyin' dog! If the officer's "never seen a dog or coyote run that way" then he's never seen a dog or coyote run! And the "long snout" is the ringer for a chupacabra? Well E36 M3! Looks like I had an even more rare haired variety of chubacabra as a pet growing up! The millions I could have made, wasted.
