All 6 tires were new, all new Flooring, all new plumbing, I have only put a 100 miles on it since I bought it, tag's expired back in 03 has sat in the barn ever since. perfect for a mobile office, has a Onan Generator, inverter mounted in a cabinet that housed electronic equipment, there is no kitchen, only table, rear bench, and bunk above cab, it was written on the windows that it was used for observation back in the day, it always ran great, i am sure with a new batter and some fresh fuel it will fire right up. I have a clean title in hand. need's some work and cleaning, like i said has been sitting for 10 years but isn't in too bad shape
