The Honda s90 seems to be much more abundant. I've wanted one for a long time. Honda made alot of small cc bikes around that time and the s90/65 was the sporty model. I guess they basically used the same motors as the super small monkey bikes.
I think there is someone on this board with quite a collection of old smaller bikes that has an s90. hopefully they'll chime in.

Horizontal Honda motors are essentially indestructible. I'm guessing the 65 is a smaller bore 90cc motor, so if you wanted more speed (a relative term, of course), you could probably install a 90cc piston and bore pretty easily. Or, hell, get a 250cc Lifan motor, which should bolt right up.
These are physically small, but not super tiny, at least by vintage Japanese standards. Just big enough to tempt a grown man to ride it, but small enough that he looks silly doing so. Who cares? They're fun.

I think the biggest horizontal Lifan single right now is 150cc. Big market for those for the pitbike racers. Be forewarned, there are lots of knockoffs (actually, I guess that would be a knockoff of the knockoff?) Lifan motors out there, and quality control is everything you'd expect from a Chinese counterfeiter.

That's old school. Made from 65 to 69. Pretty sure that is a 4 stroke, so it will likely be pretty slow (slower than most mopeds). Exhaust is definately not stock.
It is a prime candidate for a Lifan conversion (see ebay). If you go that way, make sure to go with a 12v conversion also. See here for info / parts:
