Off the top of my head:
Botswana, Belgium, Bolivia, Belarus, Bahamas, Belize, Brazil, Bangladesh, Burma (okay, sometimes its Myanmar)... I'm sure there are more...
Although there is a difference between thinking of one and saying a city.

You guys did better than I did; a few minutes after Botswana, I thought of Burkina Faso, Bali, Bangladesh, Burma, Belize (or British Honduras) and Belgium...
The quick and obvious answer to me would've (or should've) been Brazil, given my love of Alessandra Soares.
