    Done it on a grinder, a belt sander and with a hand file. Use a GOOD hand file and it can be done. I have even sharpened carbide bits .5mm diametre with a diamond stone. No thats not a typo, .5mm is correct. I have a Drill Doctor and find it more consistant than my hand sharpening. I use it or every thing I can chuck in it.
