What should it change though? Riding motorcycles has always been inherently more dangerous than driving a cage.
The (allegedly) intoxicated driver caused this. There are already laws in place that he was breaking.

It depends on how you want to look at it. A commercial truck driven by a guy who probably shouldn't have had a license to drive anything takes out a bunch of bikers. A young man with a history of making bad decisions makes a really bad one. Many thoughts and prayers were spoken. Crap happens. Life goes on.
