Dual purpose in-home paint booth?

I'm hoping this is an auto correct issue or that I am severely misinterpreting the term "garage-cum-spray booth".

I should put "auto correct" in quotes, I think.

Also, I know mistakes happen just pointing out to hopefully help going forward. I do not mean to say that this somehow offends me or should offend others.

That is an unfortunate choice of usage, though. I guess what you choose to do in your garage is your business, lol.

It's pronounced "koom," and you may have heard it in "Magna-Cum-Lauda."

yeah, I'm familiar with those. I've never seen it in between two non-latin words. And I'm by no means an expert at english either.

Sometimes English can be used correctly and still be improper.  Perhaps "paint booth" or "paint spray booth" would have been preferable.

Also, Fred and Barney didn't engage in the modern interpretation of a "gay old time".

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
