Also, I know mistakes happen just pointing out to hopefully help going forward. I do not mean to say that this somehow offends me or should offend others.
That is an unfortunate choice of usage, though. I guess what you choose to do in your garage is your business, lol.

yeah, I'm familiar with those. I've never seen it in between two non-latin words. And I'm by no means an expert at english either.

Sometimes English can be used correctly and still be improper. Perhaps "paint booth" or "paint spray booth" would have been preferable.
