Very cool! I hadn't seen these before!
I found this video that talks about the different parts of the animals. I say he's a little of all four, but throw in a bit of BRILLIANT.

that was a lot of mobility from the wind....I wonder how they do on less level terrain. I'm wondering if the winds on Mars would be strong enough to power a NASA rover.

I want to know, since he says the 'legs' are in fact wheels (loosely paraphrasing here):
if I can make a pedal bike with 4 such legs.
Steering would be tough but it would be awesome just to go straight (until I hit the water, in which case I would go in reverse
)

Anyone who claims that PVC is alive and parallels himself to God is trying real hard to fall into the "batE36 M3 insane" bucket.

Come on guys, the world needs crazies and I prefer them to be of this ilk.
If you think that we are 'powered' only because there is a very limited sphere where we can live and there are limits to what we can do...
If the sun didn't shine and the wind didn't blow we wouldn't 'work' or 'live' either...
^^^incomplete thoughts, but I see the parallels and hope I'm at least a little crazy.

The difference between insanity and genius is in the hands of your marketing.

Amazing.
He certainly seems at least a little bit insane, but that doesn't detract from the brilliance of it.

i'd be all over it if they would make a line of toys based on these things.. imagine an Erector set that allowed you to build different variations..

Made it one hour before one got collapsed.
We had a sculpture that was called The Taurus at my community college. Truthfully it looked like a turd and I'm pretty sure the artist was nuts. It looked nothing like a car.

phenomenal. one of the coolenst thing's I've ever seen.
Everyone is a bit insane, and why does the fact that he has the imagination to make something that wonderful, something that will make your eyes light up and your mind think about how you never even thought of something like that, mean that he is more insane than any of us? -

Because the rest of us don't claim to have breathed life into plumbing fittings.
