If you want a structured butt kicking workout, do P90X. Tony Horton is a complete cheese it, but IF you do the workouts at least mostly and follow the diet, you absolutely will lose weight and get in shape. Now you will be in pain from screaming muscles for several weeks but it's a good program. For a cardio heavy routine- Insanity (no joke)
