    Hit up a restaurant equipment supply dealer in or near your home town; phone B4 you go, but most will stock several types of food safe lubricants intended for use on ranges/ovens/slicers/mixers/etc..

    BTW, I'd stay away from PAM, it might work for a while but eventually it will gum-up, it's not an effective long term food equipment lubricant.

    Or even an old fashoned hardware store. We used to sell a food grade silicone spray and a food grade white grease in the hardware store where I worked.
