I paid $1.37 a gallon here in St. Louis last week, it is back into the middle $1.40's now.

1.89$ here in the SF bay area.
It kind of sucks, gas is so cheap I have lost the impetus to go get my car tuned to increase the mileage. When they smog the thing the gas mileage starts to suck. With a 24gallon tank you feel gas prices, I wasn't really able to even drive the car when gas was over 4$ a gallon, just too damn expensive. All I'll tell you folks is enjoy it while it lasts!

The problem: the obliviots up here will conveniently forget $5 a gallon gas and start buying HUMMERs again. Then when gas prices go back up the whining will begin again.
One of my daughters' friend's mother has an H2. She bought it because she wanted to be one of the 'cool moms' in the school dropoff/pickup line.
