The 3.5 hr. drive from Yuma to Kingman was boring, flat, rocks and then became mountounous rocks. Rocks. Just rocks with the occasional dust devil.

Went west on Rt. 66 today out to Seliman (?) it's the town formatted for Radiator Springs. Nothing for 100 miles between KMan and there but dead straight roads and rocks, some trees, a few critters ran out in front of me, probably to break up the boredom.

Nice rust free cars though!! Wish I had a Peterbuilt and a bigass flatbed.

    Pictures when I get home.

Headed to Vegas tomorrow, turn in the rental car and do bus trips to the Dam etc. You miss too much trying to drive and sight see.

    Going home Sunday.

    Nice place to visit .....

    Dan

Can't wait for the pics. I love me a little Flagstaff. Still a lot of rocks but a lot more trees and the road turns.

The answer is Prescott, add a motorcycle or sporty car ride up to Jerome.

You want to GoogleEarth some Jerome!

Last night we walked to dinner and I stopped to stare at the one blinking light in town. Trish watches for 30 seconds and asks "What are you doing?"

I swear man, every seventh blink is longer....."

Ewwwww.... iced capocinno out the nose!

Be sure to get a Kingman bumper sticker, to go with your stickers from Barstow and San Bernadino.

The fact that after everything you have accomplished with the missus, everywhere you have been and all you have seen, you can still make each other laugh brings me hope and joy for my marraige

We used to have our hot weahter facility just down the freeway from Kingman. But now we are in Phoenix...

The track is still there, though- huge place.

Way out of the way to go visit, though.
