Heh, that was pretty funny. They were going about it the same way I would - "does this fit here? no? what if I turn it around? I have no idea how to use this tool even though I've seen it done eleventy billion times. Berkeley it, I'm having a tea break."
Unfortunately I just sent that telephone company a letter that began with "Dear shiny happy people", so maybe I can't enjoy the advert quite as much as the rest of you.
