While Joe and I were in LA last week, we were slowed down on the 91 freeway. A large roll of bubble wrap fell of a truck and was sitting in the middle of the fast lane. It was about 4 feet in diameter. Our thought (if we weren't driving a press car) was to hit it. What the hell, it's just bubble wrap, it'll protect the car!

When the manufacturers ship bubble wrap, what do they wrap it in?

So, when you have a large piece of bubble wrap, do you:

    a) pop each one and savor it, one at a time
    b) squeeze it into a ball and pop them in batches
    c) place it on the floor and jump up and down on it

For me it depends on the size of the bubbles. Little bubbles I like to put on the floor, big ones I savor one at a time.

You missed "Find an item that can be rolled along with a lot of pressure at its contact point with the ground. Run repeatedly over bubble wrap as FAST as possible"

I've always found there is more then enough bubble wrap to pop it as quickly and greedily as you want.

I tend to pop one bubble at a time unless it's a big sheet. Then I like to roll around on the floor on top of it, without clothing if I'm home. There was a large piece in the middle of Lexington Ave the other day. almost everyone that drove by changed lanes to run it over.

When I remodeled my bathroom, I stuffed the hollows of the metal bathtub with bubble wrap, just because I had a lot on hand and figured it would be good insulation. A tubfull of hot water used to get cold in about 35 minutes; now it stays hot for and hour and a half.

It's a good soak, lemme tell ya.....
