We had pancakes for dinner tonight too, although I have no idea how an "english" one would be different. Do they boil them?

I couldn't let this holiday go unobserved, but I had to do it Euro style. Had some latkes with quark (sort of a yoghurt-cheese) from a street vendor. Tasty stuff.

English pancakes are actually more like crepes, they are very thin and served rolled into tubes covered in sugar and lemon juice. very tasty too.
