Back in the bachelor days, Telemundo would be a frequent stop during channel surfing because of exactly what is illustrated in the OP. If I was reading while a roommate was surfing and suddenly heard Spanish, I'd look up at the TV in an instant.
They sure do know what makes a chick hot.
