For giggles, I filmed and edited a fast paced video on putting my Spitfire back together. It actually came out pretty good. The "wrench cam" shots are awesome!

Nicely done! What is your carb heat shield made from?

For the carb heat shield I used a sheet of Garolite G-7 from McmasterCarr. G7 is rated for 425F and would probably be fine but I also used a thin sheet of aluminum with some washers to establish an air space.

I have been running without a heat shield for about ten years and I'm curious to see if it will make a difference.

Did you compress the springs on your travel trailer so it would fit inside the garage?

The original torsion axles have more or less given up and the camper sits low. This sort of works out pretty good for now.

The roof vent clears the garage door by about an inch.
