Went this AM and had all the soft packing suctioned out of my nose. Wow, I can breathe!
Still hurts some but much better now. The doc didn't believe my throat was as bruised as I was complaining about until he looked, then was somewhat sheepish in explaining the laryngal mask must have pressed against my uvula and made a pressure sore. Whatever, just make it stop hurting to swallow!

Every time you use the word "uvula" in a post, my brain reads "vulva" and I get confused.
