Honda people I should trust in Atlanta?

I've done alot of work, and figured out how to keep this thing purring for quite a while. It's an ex 4Dr eg (95), with a 95 nonvtec b18.No continuity from ignition to starter solenoid. Batt volts from cylinder you put your key in, all the way to the firewall. On the engine side of firewall, it's .285V. Whether key is just in, or in start position. I've checked every other wire in the harness there. Nothing seemingly odd,though without a diagram, guess I wouldn't know. South side of Atlanta! Please! I throw myself at the more learned ones. Help!!!!

South side of Atlanta? Acuras and Hondas specialists in Jonesboro. It's in the hood, but the people at that shop know their stuff.

In reply to jddeadfuelpumps: Whoops, sorry. It's on Tara Blvd (19-41) between hwy 54 and 138. Headed north from the Quicktrip station, you'll see the shop with a yellow Honda on the side of the building. That's them.

Thanks to everybody-useful info. I got all my wiring good, and my head exploded when there was still no voltage to the starter. Then I realized my neutral safety switch wasn't working. Ahahahahaaa!
