Also 20 cubic yards is a whole hell of a lot of dirt, its gonna be a huge pile for a small lot, exactly how big is this wheel chair lift?

I'm not in the construction or facilities biz, but at 20 yards of dirt I think we're talking about an elevator shaft, not a chair lift.

 

Unless, of course, this whole thing is actually code for: I've got a large quantity of bodies that I need to dispose of.  In which case, my recommendation would be acid or wood chipper.

Freezing the bodies first makes cleaning the chipper easier. This is important if you’re renting.
