Not just a sex offender but it reads, "...involving the sexual exploitation of children." A real piece of work. I bet he was hitting on 16 or 17 year old girls, "because he is sooo cool."

Wasnt his defense that he had to flee from a car load of girls teen age girls chasing him?

I do have to wonder, is this real or fake? All the players are pretty good looking (the "judge" looks like a TV personality.)

It reads "Receipt of material by mail, involving the sexual exploitation of children." So he wasn't necessarily doing anything to minors. Just being a general E36 M3 heel, that he obviously is.

I don't know about this being real or fake. The judge did seem rather young and attractive. I suppose there must be young attractive female judges out there. Everyone else looks like a pretty regular person. And the guy's moronity seems pretty real to me. I don't think they faked him getting thrown from the bike without safety equipment.

Regarding what this moron was charged with,

As we've learned from nearly all the research done on serial killers, nearly all offenders begin fantasizing about committing these acts before they finally seek out an actual living target.

Generally speaking, most people who engage in pedophilia start the same way. First, they engage in fantasy with books, magazines, or videos...then it progresses. The fact that he was caught early with just materials, and not an actual minor is a great thing, but chances are he's still fixated on that idea and as such, he should be closely monitored.

I'm no psychologist, but I'd say it's pretty clear that this guy has an inferiority complex. Just from the video, we see that he's intent on projecting this image of himself as a cool "young" guy. C'mon, the tan, the gym, and the superbike....not to mention the attitude...are all a bit over the top.

The saddest thing about it, is that he probably has no idea how poorly he comes off...and that people take him even less seriously now then however he was when he decided to make this change.

Remember, just because you have their attention doesn't mean you have their respect.

Yes, but not everyone who has a fetish escalates the behavior. Just because you find lacey underthings arousing, doesn't mean you break into women's apartments. But then, it is perfectly legal to buy lingerie and funnel cake lotion.

Buying child pornography is bad enough. We don't need to say he's done worse things than he has. What he's done is bad enough. We don't need to jump to the conclusion that he was molesting 16 year old girls. Although, I bet he'd hit on them if he had a chance, and then blame it on them "licking their lips like hungry lions".

The guy is a total turd show off. They put the camera on him and he showed what a dork he is. That is why I don't drive a hi-powered sports bike, see how easy it is to lose it. One flick of thed wrist is all it takes. Those fairings are really expensive too, try two per side at a few hundred bucks apiece.

Yeah, but can you do 200mph, which he does regularly?

Is a bike like that actually capable of 200mph? I'm sure the motor is capable, but it seems like, just aerodynamically, handling would get really dicey at some point.

Even if it can go 200mph... doing that without a shirt or visor? Any bug, pebble, anything... ouch.

That super sweet bandanna will save him from anything!

I wish they had tracked down the "lions" for an interview, "umm, we were like laughing at this idiot trying to show off" "OMG I got pictures on my phone" "what a dork, like totally!"
