I can not remember the name of this song HELP

OK, there was a song on the stereo last night, old 70s/80s instrumental, it was/is popular and the music sounds very similar to Rush - Tom Sawyer.

Any help here my youngest wants it.

Two of my favourite songs as a kid.

I had Frankenstein (if I recall) on 45. I listened to that song over, and over and over. I probably know it better than Edgar Winter.

he did say in the OP that it was an "instrumental", which means "no words" to me... so i linked up the only 70's instrumental that i could think of... but i couldn't remember the name, either, so i googled "70's instrumental" or something like that and it was the first result..
