Here in Chuck they have been known to go into office parks on the weekends and drag the A/C units off with pickup trucks. They throw a chain around it and yank it off the concrete pad and tear the hoses loose, then throw it on the back of the truck and haul azz. Someone even got on top of a nearly completed building and threw the A/C units down, then hauled them off.
