In the ipad thread i read that someone recomended a free text app, so i decided to try it. I have tried that one and another one so far, and they both worked for a day then will no longer connect. Are there any that actually work? Or is that why most people still pay for texting.

Whatsapp works. It's free and works well.

I use text free, I dont use it that much tho. Only when I am at work. My phone dosent get a good signal there

Cool, i will try those. Text+ and Textnow are the ones I tried that dont work so well.
