The worst broadcast i have ever seen... The announcers are god awful! No wonder the world thinks the United States are the laughing stock in open wheel racing, all you need to do is watch a half hour of IRL...

The IRL has a similar formula for qualifying, which is Knockout style qualifying. The announcers are too busy trying to feed off of one another's jokes and not paying attention to what was happening. They continued to talk about Ryan Briscoe's pole time, not knowing that Franchitti had already bested the time atleast 30 seconds earlier.

    Terrible... Terrible... Terrible...

Was that before or after the three dozen Danica commercials?

I got to watch qualifying at the track today, my first in person high level open wheel racing experience. I was thoroughly impressed, can't wait to see the race tomorrow.
