Active, like uses it? Or active, like edits entries?
Editing entries is easy - just do it. But, if it isn't documented or up to reasonable standards, they'll strike it out again. My son amended entries about his high school football coaches (ex-Redskins). I've edited stuff in the past, just to see how ridiculous I can be before somebody cares.
