Sheesh - you guys are a tough crowd! I drive a 3-year-old 7 series BMW and nobody gives me any crap for that - I bet that Aston was cheaper than my car to boot! But that's exactly why I didn't go Aston or Maserati, relatively cheap buy in will get killed by maintenance and repair costs.

If you're not going to go through insurance and you don't need it to be perfect for your own sanity, buff out the yellow paint transfer and leave it alone until you can't stand it anymore. By then you might be able to source a used replacement bumper cover and light from a recycler and save some green.

If I hit the lottery and could afford cool stuff like that, I'd still want to hang out here with you guys. I'd share my shiny new toys though.

If he'd just post pictures, I think everyone would be much more civil. That bumper shot is a tease.

definatly try and buff it out... and I bet you can find somebody to repair any cuts or tears in the bumper for a LOT cheaper

Add-in that recent BMW 7 (and 5) series are some of the ugliest cars on the road, and that an LS is just sorta 'there'- the Aston is a no-brainer.

No need to explain an Aston......

Haha... the repair cost is more than my fleet is worth.

I would recommend taking it to an old timer's shop; if he has a facing on a congested street, an Aston Martin in the bay/out front probably won't do any harm to his business, either.

    that'll buff right out.

Please reserve the phrase "that'll buff right out" for times when it will definitly not buff right out. In this case it looks like it actualy might

    but thats why it's ironical...
