Who doesn't love to see the project threads?

I am giving everyone full permission to start a thread on their car and to brag about how outstanding their fabrication skills are and I will even accept a written paragraph talking about your vision. You do not need to be shy as this is all family here on GRM. Load up all the pictures you want.

We can start with this guy................

Here's the LeMons build from the spring with some friends.

A little welding turned this rusting in half turd into something truly LeMony. I present to you, our wonderful '79 Datsun 210 Here's the driver's floor. We had to weld in some 1x2 tube for the frame under the floor, some more where the rockers once stood, some holding the trailing arms to the unibody and tying them to our rockers..... The easiest way to do the welding under the car is obvious, roll the car. All that work and you get one of these:

And a gratuitous roll cage shot.

Nice cage! Looks very much like one in a LeMons racer I am intimately familiar with.

My project thread. It is going to be slow month on it though as I will be helping my friend get his car ready for the Challenge.

    Vintage racing in the future.
