Oh, I'm sure it sucks. I'm just saying that only making $3m in 2 weeks against a production and advertising budget of $10m HARDLY means the poor box office returns are a scathing indictment of every word Ayn Rand ever uttered.

Considering every book I have seen turned into a movie, the movie isn't as good as the book and how bad that book was I can't see how that movie will be any good.

It was one of the better book-to-movie adaptations I've ever seen. Very true to the book. If you didn't like the book, then you probably won't like the movie, but the adaptation was pretty dead on, at least to my "I haven't read the book in a decade" mind.
